Project Plan

Crutchfield Project Plan

Located just north of Downtown, the Crutchfield neighborhood is composed of many single-family homes, multifamily housing units and small business properties. This neighborhood is ready for reinvestment, and the Crutchfield Neighborhood Economic Development Project Plan was created to spark that reinvestment. The plan includes six distinct tax increment districts: Frisco Yards, Utica Crossing, Historic Madison Machine, B&B Lines Freight Dock, Helmzar and Trinity. Together, these six districts are anticipated to bring several hundred housing units at a wide range of price points, retail and entertainment venues and several thousand square feet of office and commercial space.

Districts: Frisco Yards; Utica Crossing; Historic Madison Machine; B&B Lines Freight Dock; Helmzar; Trinity
